What Do Tiny Bumps On The Vagina Indicate ?

Hi, sometimes an area on the top of my vagina is very itchy, I would scratch it then a small pimple like will appear, only about 3 or 2 of them. Then after a few weeks, it will get darken and peel off, but one of these pimple like has a very hard substance that will maintain hard even if you squash it. what could this be? I also found just one of these on my butt and afterwards i also got a same very hard substance. After getting that substance the skin will have a small hole then later will heal and become a scar. The substance doesn t have any smell, it has a very dark shade of brown color and it s very hard. the size will only range as big as the small ball point if a pen. Should i be worried? help please.
