What Do Tiny Bumps On The Elbows Indicate?

Quick question, I have a couple of tiny bumps on my elbows that I thought were pimples. They have a scab like surface and when removed a little ball of comes out. Its not pus, more like fat. I removed one of them and pulled the tiny ball and the area healed. Months later I noticed that I got new growths appearing in the area around where the first one had appeared.

These are called comedones they are sebaceous glands present in the upper layer of the skin these glands secrete sebum a fluid which moisturises the skin if the opening of this gland is blocked mostly because of adjacent hair or dirt it appears like a scab formation. Due to thick skin around your elbow it becomes more prone. I advise you to apply keratolytic lotion or cream.
