What Do Tiny Black Dots On The Finger Tips And Palm Suggest?

Hi, I have tiny black dots clustered together on my finger tips and some on the palms of my hands, at first when I noticed them they were white and I assumed it was paint or something but now they ve turned black and have been there for about 3 days.. Should I be concerned?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such lesion could be due to hypersensitivity reaction, better to keep such lesion under observation for any changes, in fact all the skin lesion needs clinical observation for right diagnosis and this is the only of diagnosis, if the lesion that you have does not caused any symptoms then it may be due to some systemic disease, just wait for some time this may be get alright on its own, hope this information helps, take care and have nice day.
I find this answer helpful
