What Do Tingling And Burning Sensation On The Feet Indicate?
I have type 2 diabetes that seems controlled with metphormin. Even though I have brought my blood sugar levels down considerably, lost a fair amount of weight, and improved my diet, I still have the same level of tingling and burning in my feet. Lately I have been having cramping and spasms in both feet. Only experienced in evenings while at rest. Also occasionally have tingling in both hands just between thumb and middle finger.

This is diabetic neuropathy. Usually, it does not correlate with sugar control. Even in hypoglycemia neuropathy is common.
Kindly take vitamin B12 prophylaxis for neuropathy because it gives some strength to the nerves and helps in healing from glycose products. Neurobion forte drug can be taken once daily for a month.
