I understand your concern.
What your
ultrasound report says is that you are having 'polycystic ovarian disease' (PCOD). It is not a serious condition and can be treated effectively.
PCOD is associated with irregular menstrual pattern and difficulty in timely ovulation, which leads to less chances of conceiving and
infertility.
PCOD needs to be treated in following way:
1. Regularization of cycles by using combined birth control pills.
2. Induction of ovulation by using Clomifen citrate and
Metformin.
3. Use of anti-androgen drug
Spironolactone.
4. Weight reduction by low-
carbohydrate diet and moderate exercise.
These things will help you to increase the chances to conceive.
Kindly consult Gynecologist for proper advise and management by following the above treatment plan. Regular follow-ups are necessary.
