Emergency Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.

These results are indicative a urinary tract infection. The presence of excess numbers of WBCs (white blood cells) and bacteria suggest that there is an infection. Burning sensation or pain while passing urine, fever and chills are common symptoms of a urinary tract infection.

You will need a course of appropriate antibiotics to treat this urinary tract infection. So, please consult a doctor for further evaluation and treatment.

Best wishes,
Dr. Sheeba Stephen
