What Do These Results From Echo And Stress Test Indicate?

In 2013 I had an AVR with a St. Jude bioprosthetic valve. I was 56 years of age. My EF at that time was 53%/ Functional valve area of 0.723. Pea gradient was 10mmHg. Since the first of this year I have become symtomatic again. My cardiologist done a ECHO which shows Left ventricular EF of 30% to 35%. Stress test suggested mild to moderate anterior apical ischemia. I had a pacemaker placed after my surgery in 2013. I recently had a cardiac catherization which showed no CAD. My EKG shows cardiomyopathy of questionable eitology suggesting LAD disease. Now I am scheduled to see a cardiologist for a pacemaker defibillator placement. Do I have heart disease? I was put on Carvedilol, Lasix and Spironlactalone.
