General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
1. Your blood report basically shows that your red blood cells are slightly larger than their normal size, which might be due to low level of vitamin B12 in your body which might be due to the decrease intake of animal products like dairy products, non-veg diet or any non-dietary cause.

2. Your total cholesterol level is high, which is due to the increase in bad cholesterol i.e LDL level in your body.

3. Also, your good cholesterol i.e HDL level is on lower side.

My advice would be to consult your physician so that he may advise you appropriate lifestyle modifications and add some cholesterol-lowering drugs.

Hope this helps you.
Regards.
