What Do These Chest X-ray Findings Indicate?

I just received my findings on my chest X-ray done yesterday. I m 70 female and plan on going to ER tomorrow since my internist is out of country. Findings: Two views of the chest demonstrate the heart to be mildly enlarged with a CT radio of approximately 20:34. The hila are engorged. The aorta is elongated. This displaces the trachea off the midline to the right. Pulmonary cephalization is noted. Elevation is seen of the left hemidiaphragm. The lungs are clear without infiltrates or effusions. Mild disc space narrowing and spur formation are seen of the thoracic spine. Impression: 1. Changes consistent with mild congestive heart failure. 2. Lungs clear. 3. Elevation of left hemidiaphragm of some unknown basis. The patient may benefit from fluoroscopic evaluation for addional characterization or possible CT scan of the chest to evaluate the recurrent laryngeal nerve. Can you help me in understanding what all this means in lay mans terms?
