Hello
I am Doctor Imad .I am your Medical advisor for your question.I am going to answer your question if in case you find it insufficient than do ask me openly any followup question .I will be happy to help you.Now comming toward your question,

well nothing to worry about, its nothing so much serious.Your mother is anemic and having near lower limit of thyroxin level thats why her doctor gave her iron supplements alogg with thyroid medications.
She is also having Urinary tract infection along with fatty lever(which is most common in obese peoples),her ovaries are of normal size and having a cysts which needs further followup visits to a Gynacologist, who will repeat the scan after every month to see its progression and if needed they will take a biopsy from that cyst. Her uterous is tilted forward may be due to multiple vaginal diliveries and old age,but its not problematic.

She should avoid taking fatty foods and should do a daily walk for an hour. She should eat green leafy vegetables and plenty of water.
keep taking iron supplements and thyroid medications.

Hope so it will be helpful for you.My aim is to provide best medical assisstance.
Have a nice time,
Regards.
