What Do These CT Scan And X-ray Report Of Chest Mean?

I recently had a chest xray that showed two possible RUL nodules. I had a CT scan which has shown segmental bronchial atresia. I am scared about what this means. I have a history of RLL wedge resection due to benign pulmonary nodule. I had 7 upper respiratory infections within the last 12 months treated with antibiotics. Just curious as to what the treatment is for this type of diagnosis since my doctor is on vacation for another 4 weeks.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, first thing is it should be infection then and then it need to be treated with "Tab Azithromycin 500 mg" once in day, if this is not the infection then no need to have any antibiotic, hope this is information helps, take care and have a nice day.
