What Do The Stool Test Results Indicate?

Dear Doctor,
I have history of loose stools with cramps from last many years which suspects the dysentry of chronic type. Every month I am facing watery type of loose stools twice or thrice and sometime accompanied with soapy like substance. I have done stool test recently with following analysis. Kindly comment and give suggestion for me and I am tired of it and I am not gaining weight due to this problem:
Color: Yellow
Consisteny: Soft
Mucous: Absent
Stool Microscopy;
RBC: 0-2/hpf
PUS Cells: 4-6/hpf
OVA- Not seen
CYST- Not seen
AMOEBA- Not seen
OTHERS- Not seen

Hi, dear
I have gone through your reports. I can understand your concern. But your stool examination report is absolutely normal. No any pathology is seen in that. So don't worry. Just be relaxed. If you have symptoms then consult physician and go for further investigation and take treatment accordingly.
