hi doc,i am on my 19th week pregnancy,as per my ultrasound report the following complicacy have been detected growth rate in AC GROWTH CURVE is at 30th percentile,AFI-128MM,INCREASE VASCULAR RT UTERINE ARTERY ,P I-2.7.I am under following medicine Dubagest SR400,Folvite,Iron &Calcium tablets.For low liquior volume ,8 nos. Lonopin 40 mj already and been asked to continued.As per doctor view its a high risk pregnancy....what is ur opinion and suggestion....Soma,Assam

Hello, as per your history and reports you are under high risk pregnancy because your doppler scan report is showing high resistance flow in the umbilical artery which is a sign of growth restriction of the baby..you need to consult your doctor more frequently..you have to do an anomaly scan at around 20 to 22 weeks to rule out anomalies for the fetus....If you have any underlying disorders like diabetes or hypertension, make sure they are under control..you require more of growth scans with a doppler..If you have any stressful job, you need to avoid it,, bed rest is
very important as it improves the utero placental flow to the fetus...hope i was helpful to you..
