my fnac report sayssmears r paucicellular. few thyroidfollicular cell clusters and siderophages against colloid and heamorrogic background. also seen microfolicular patternwith cells showing mild nucleomegaly and overlapping
Diagnosis right lobe-? Adenomatoid hyperplasia ? Differentiated thyroid neoplasm (follicular)

Hi. With the report you have provided, there is a doubt about cancer , of a type which needs removal of all Thyroid as a diagnosis and treatment. Before surgery you will have to undergo tests which your Oncosurgeon would suggest you like the blood tests, Scans for thyroid and lymph node status to decide the extent of Surgery.
