Hi,
Seborrheic keratois is a benign growth which occurs in older people. It is usually dark, giving a stuck on appearance.
It can occur anywhere in the skin in the whole body and treatment is usually not necessary. It does not progress into any malignant tumors.
If you want to get it removed, you can meet a dermatologist who can remove it through surgery or laser therapy.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
