Which is the proper way to write this? had no ST-T-wave changes or had no ST- or T-wave changes ?

I hope you mean to say ECG.
There are ST segment and T wave in ECG curve.
If there is any abnormality in heart muscle , it will be reflected in corresponding wave and then we say , ST elevation or depression and T wave inversion or peaking.
