I have many symptoms at the moment, and I am not certain if they are linked to one specific problem, or if I am just falling apart all over. Last few weeks I have had dizzy spells /near black outs, occasional sharp pain in my right shoulder and back neck, at this moment there is a bulge in back of my neck behind my right ear that is tingling , menstrual cycle lasted 10 days rather than my normal 4, panic attacks, vaginal bleeding between menstrual cycles, lower right abdominal pain, lower back pain, migraine headaches and a cold/flu that kept be bed ridden for 4 days where I felt my lungs were full and couldn t get enough oxygen...shallow breathing accompanied by full body aches, fever, runny nose couching etc. Cold/flu has subsided 5 days ago. I Google a lot, I have had a very stressful month which explains some symptoms. Also, 4 years ago I had a tubal legation performed so ectopic pregnancy or miscarriage is unlikely...
