What Do Swollen Lymph Nodes In Neck With Tiredness Indicate?
My 12 year old daughter has swollen lymph nodes just on the left side of her neck. She said she is tired and is scared she is going to die. She just had her first period and her aunt is battling cancer, her grandfather just died of cancer and her precious kitten died of a virus. I told her that her body is going through many changes and she has been through a lot. Can you give possible illnesses that I can research or a link that explains how her lymphatic system works? thanks

She is in menarchy, and due to the changes in the harmone levels, there is every possibility of the anxiety, and the family background also, influencing her thoughts.
The lymph nodes can be due to the head lice, infection of the teeth, mouth, or near tissues of the neck. More over cancer is not expected to touch her at this age.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, acyclophenac sodium for relief.
Give her more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts,and
protein rich foods to counter such health problems.
