Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

So far as symptoms narrated here, he is not in a sound clinical condition. There is severe dysfunction of underlying brain structures and eye hematoma may be part of eye related or internal brain damage. In a nutshell, the condition is critical, and I would like to evaluate further with the reports as attachment in follow up conversation if you wish the same.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
