What Do Swelling In The Nasal Passage And Blood In Sputum Indicate?

Hello, about 30 mins ago, I tasted blood in my mouth. So I went to spit, and a small bit of blood was in my saliva. I also have chronic swelling in my nasal passages, which I am on saline spray and antihistamines to address. Not sure if this is related to the taste of blood, but thought I d mention it. I am panicking in fear that it might be internal bleeding. I also sometimes have a weird pressure in the back of my head and shooting pains in my left temple. What could the problem be?

Hi

Blood in saliva may be related to swelling in nasal passages . Weird pain in back and temple of head should be assessed by MRI head and n nasopharyngeal area.
MRI will be better than CT.
If you have any further query then you can come back to HealthcareMagic
