What Do Small Red Spots On The Arm And Arm Pits Indicate?

I have a sudden small red blotch on my arm appear to be red I have been breaking out under my arm pits also turned kind of black spots as well and rash on neck the rash on neck is a dry small patchy clumps of bumps but turned dark on skin I think Im allergic to deodorant cant find anything that helps everything breaks me out...I tried using fresh lemons to fade dark areas under armpits. I also had MRSA in past will my skin still suffer from bacteria?

They may be nevus. they are like moles should not try to break them.They are not allergic, since there is not itching. you can leave them and they will go itself if try to remove them then they may be infected.if you are sure that they are result of any cosmetic application, then you can stop them.
