What Do Small Nodules At The Base Of The Spine Indicate?

I ve had couple lipomas surgically removed. I have several small nodules at the base of my spine around the lumbar region only on 1 side. they seem to move when I palpate. I had a minor low back strain last week which is not completely resolving. pain when I sit and then move. very bearable. Any possible connection?

Hello,

It could be benign soft tissue like lipoma as it is movable swelling. But still local part USG or X-ray is advisable for further work up. The FNAC will be able to rule out the nature of the lesion.
