Hi i do care for your concern.
The history suggest of exposure to allergens and along with infection of the para nasal sinuses that would lead to puffiness of face on early morning.
If i were your treating doctor then i would advise
To start on antibiotics such as Tb.moxikind BD for one week duration and along with anti histamine.
To prevent exposure to dust, cold etc.
to have warm water for drinking.
This will help you to reduce the symptoms.
Hope i have answered your question. if you have more doubts feel free to ask.
Thank you.
