What Do Small Bumps On The Body Indicate?

Hi. My 14 year old daughter had just recently begin to get little small bumps around her body and begin growing hair from them. It s along he chest where her boobs is up her thighs, on her arms upper back butt and stomach. Including her upper lip. I wanna know the cause of this sudden hair growth. No one on the girls side of the family has this.
