What Do Reoccurring Blisters On The Back Indicate?

What is causing a reoccurring blistering spot on the back of my thigh? I ve seen a Dr. and they tested it (this was done the last time-and they thought it was a spider bite) but it was inconclusive. He suggested a Dermatoligist. It went away (about 3-4 months ago) But just is starting to come back. It feels very strange and is itchy. It will blister...break open and then dry up. And a few month later it s happening again. The last time it occurred on both thighs (the back of) This has happened a few times yearly for about 5 years. Thank you.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Seems sporadic instances of bacterial, viral or fungal infection of the different body parts may be due to lowered immunity level or else.

When there is an active blister, a clinical examination is mandatory for further guidelines.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
General Surgeon
