General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

The skin eruptions involving the whole body mandate underlying inflammation to a systemic issue which can be viral, bacterial or else.

As there is Widal test positive, enteric fever is the primary pathology and acute phase condition it is better to avoid breastfeeding for a period of 2-3 days till the fever and rashes subside.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
