Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have round and oval red blotches on my lower legs only. They usually fade in about one week but when I am stressed they seem to pop up from nowhere. They are not itchy. They are around my lower legs and some on my ankles. Any suggestions? I am 71 and have dry skin and some broken capilliaries on my legs also that I would like to get rid of with laser treatments.

Need not to worry. Apply ice pack to reduce redness and itchiness. Maintain good personal hygiene. Use a powder to avoid sweat collection and apply calamine lotion at the sites of the lesion.
