What Do Red Rashes On The Buttocks And Lower Back Indicate?

I have a flat red rash mostly on my buttocks, one spot on my lower back, and a few on my upper front thighs they don t itch until I scratch them then they quit as soon as I leave them alone. I took a bath and as soon as they touched the water they began to itch but the itching quit very quickly. I wouldn t be surprised if they were bug bites, except they don t itch or appear as any other bug bites I ve had in the past
