My cousin has a rash that started January 2016. I was a red spot on his leg now has spread all over his body. It starts out red rings and then turns bumpy and blisters, drys up, turns crusty and the skin looks all white, like a callus,on his feet and hands, and on his legs arms, chest, it turns into a large red spot, he has had steroids, and antibiotics but it keeps getting worse. The bottom of his feet cracked across the bottom about 1/8 inch deep and 1/4 inch wide, because they got so dry. He has tried all kinds of lotions and oils. He has been to emergency room twice. He has appointment in May with Dermatologist. I know you cannot give a diagnosis without a physical exam and and test, but a suggestion as to what you think it might be will do and I know it could several different things with the same symptoms and you think it is in his blood by now.
