What Do Recurring Elevation In Ammonia Levels Indicate?

I was recently hospitalized with high ammonia levels (near 200). I was released with levels of 53 2.5 weeks ago and now my levels are 79. Ct Scan and MRI of brain and stomach are completely normal, as is all the other blood work. No trips out of the country, no cirrhosis, no infections. What can cause this-my doctors are stumped. Thank you.
