What Do Rashes On Upper Torso Indicate?
My 17 month old daughter has developed some type of rash. Its flat, smooth to the touch, pink on color but doesn t seem to bother her. It started on her upper torso but has moved to a of patches on her stomach, on her back and just recently in tbe bends of her elbows. What is it and how can i treat it?

Hello,
The symptoms seem to be related to heat rash. You can use a mild steroid cream for local application such as Hydrocortisone cream. I also suggest to keep the skin cool and dry.
