What Do Rashes Behind The Ears, Jawline And Nose Indicate?

My 4 yr old granddaughter has come down with rashes behind her ears, along her jaw line, along her nose, forehead and on top of her hands. The hands have now developed into blisters. Everything itches terribly. Her mom has tried several topical ointments including a steroid cream from the PA. They are stumped also. They did go hiking this weekend. Rest of her body is not affected.

It can be due to some fungal infection or allergy for which you take antibiotics like cefadroxyl or zifi-cv after an expert opinion along with cetrizine or Avil for itching or rashes. Apply betnovate-c or clobit-gm cream locally on the affected area. You can take steroids if not improved with above treatment.
