What Do Rashes Around The Hairline Indicate?

I ve been taking Celebrex, while taking it i notice my hairline thins out, it s dry and i have welts around the area, when I stop taking it, it goes away. Could that be possible? I also mentioned to my doctor and he told me that s not true, and that he never saw any reports on that, however my husband experienced the same thing. What s your opinion on the matter.
