dear user

at begining i would like to tell you that pus cells in urine indicate that you have urinary tract infection......bacterial infection of urinary symptoms has some symptoms like dysuria which mean feeling pain when urination or haematuria which means rbcs in urine and urine has red or brown color ...when doing urine culture for investigatio we found pus cells and it is mean sign of infection ....you may have risk factors that lead to urinary tract infection like catheterization ....any break of aseptic catheterization technique lead to infection....number of pus cells you have greater than 200 and increased numer of rbcs means that severe bacterial replication in urinary tract and that should be managed.....you should do culture and antibiotic sensitivity test to indicate the appropiate antibiotic for treatment to avoid any other complications.....wish you healthy life
