General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome, the pus cells in your urine during second trimester of pregnancy are within normal range. In females, pus cells upto 10 hpf may be normal. Keep yourself well hydrated with plenty of fluids and maintain good perineal hygiene.

General & Family Physician Dr. Ramesh M.Vachharajani's  Response

Welcome to HCm,

1-5 pus cells is not a problem,

Take plenty of water and lemon or canberry juice and you will be alright.

Keep your local part clean and healthy.

Ok and bye.
