Hi Mariah. The urine WBC denotes infection. If they are more than 7-10 per high power field in microscopy, it becomes significant.Presence of intact RBC represents infection of the bladder or urethra while presence of RBC casts represent there is a renal abnormality like glomerulonephritis which should be managed by a nephrologist as early as possible. Albumin is trace. That is normal. If albumin increase to certain limit, it again denotes the renal pathology. Bacteria may be occasional on urinalysis and depends on the mode of collection of urine. So seeing the above report, it seems to be normal.
