What Do Presence Of Pus Cells In The Below HVS Test Report Suggest?

I did a HVS test and the result is Epithelial cells - +++, Pus cells - 3-4/hpf, Yeast cells - ++. Then for Urine test macro- color- Amber, Appearance - Slightly turbid. Micro- Epithelial cells - ++, pus cells - 2-3/hpf. Culture - heavy growth of E coli isolated after 24 hrs of incubation at 37 C. Please explain these to me. Thanks

welcome to hcm...your urine has pus cells which means that you have infection which is also shown by presence of e coli which is a common bacterial urine infection ..please increase fluid intake and take correct dose of antibiotic for correct duration ..i usually prescribe levofloxocin or cefixime ..as these are prescription drugs please contact your local doctor for prescription...if my answer is helpful then please mark my response helpful ..
