What Do Pimples Around The External Area Of The Sphincter Indicate?
46 years old. I get what seem like 'pimples' around the external area of my sphincter, which when squeezed produce whitish fibrous material. Is this normal, or should I be concerned? I try to squeeze them gently periodically so they don't cause any issues, and they never seem to graduate into anything serious.

1.maintain good hygiene around your anal area.
2.dont squeeze or scratch the lesion.
3.apply antibiotic cream like fusiderm ointment twice daily on that area for 7 days.
4.take analgesics like tablet ibuprofen twice daily for 7 days.
