What Do Pelvic Cramps And Vaginal Bleeding In A 70 Year Old Indicate?

I am a 70 year old women diagnosed 3 years ago with endometrial hyperplasia without atipia. Recently I had pelvic cramps on a Friday, vaginal bleeding on Saturday and spotting on Sunday. My dr has scheduled a d & c for nov 18. complications: I am morbidly obese, have acute allergic asthma, warfarin for afib/aflutter. I am to stop warfarin 5 days before procedure. I am concerned about pulmonary issues under general anesthesia. Any preoperative revommendations to lower my risk favtors?

Well,main risk factors can't be chAnged now since these are age,weight and chronic diseases but generally this procedure carries low risk for some complications and you should not be worried at all if you ask me. General anesthesia is performed in much older and sicker people with no bad effects.
