What Do Painful Cuts On The Penile Foreskin Indicate?

hi doc, I have these small cuts on my foreskin which hurts a lot when I try to pull back the skin to clean also the foreskin gets swollen making it difficult to pull back the skin since my penis head has to come true this small hole the pain it is sometimes unbearable. any help to treat with this situation would be greatly appricated.... thanks

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Tight foreskin, inability to retract, small painful cuts indicate that you have phimosis, with balanoposthitis.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Consult a General Surgeon.
Get Circumcision done as this is the only sure-shot treatment for such a condition.
Till then keep the area clean and dry.
Apply liquid povidone iodine.
Get the blood and urine tested so that any problems be rectified with an appropriate management before going for surgery.
