What do pain in the lower abdomen and frequent urination indicate?

I got my blood work back and I have a WBC count of 20.5 and SLT POIKILOCYTOSIS present in my blood. My urine sample tested positive for micro blood and WBC but not ecoli. I have had a horrible headache since Monday. I also have a very light pain or pinching in my lower right abdomen. I had other problems with urinating frequently last week but that has seemed to go away, no pain while urinating. I have a low grade fever of 99 and am current taking tylenol and started taking cipro yesterday. I am scheduled for a CT scan tomorrow but and trying to get an idea of what I am dealing with.

Pain in lower abdomen with frequent urination is suggestive of urinary bladder problem. It can be due to over hydration, infection, urinary stones or interstitial cystitis.

Poikilocytes are abnormally shaped red blood cells in blood-this could follow Vitamin deficiency (B12 and B6), some lever diseases, or congenital predisposition.
