Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The symptoms you have describes suggestive of a condition called knee joint effusion. It is nothing but collection of fluid or blood in your joint cavity. Consult an orthopedic and get an MRI scan done to look for the extent of the lesion and confirm whether knee joint is affected or not. As of now you can take analgesics like Tramadol or Diclofenac for symptomatic relief,

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
