What Do Pain And Swelling In The Feet And Toes Indicate?

feet and toes very painful. Swelling on l left foot often . some on right foot. Knee left has arthritis and swollen.Fingers swell off and on . Bad Pain off and on in hands. Back and hip pain. Stiffness.Had all test came back negative except ANA test positive. Have a lot of pain.
