What do pain and itching in the lower abdomen indicate? 13 yr old son was complaining of an itching inside his lower left abdomen. Them today it has turned into a sharp achy pain. We thought constipation and have him a lot of eater and fiber. He had a bowel movement but it still hurts in the same place through to his back. No fever, nausea, or vomiting. Kidney stones? Gall bladder? Help!

Does the itchy part have a lesion which has been changed? I can tell what that is, but I need a look for the lesion first.

That is not gallbladder stone because that is on the right side. That is less likely kidney because it is not having itching complain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
