What Do Numbness On Foot On Ankles Indicate?

after sitting on the toilet for 10-15 minutes I get intense numbness of the anterior lower leg into the top of the foot. When I stand, the muscles almost feel paralyzed due to weakness. I am not able to flex foot up for 2-3 minutes. It eventually goes away but I will have tingling burning over the top of the foot and ankle for a while. It does not happen any other time sitting in any other positions

temporary compression of nerves lead to such symptoms. More worry is why you need to spend so much time in toilet. Avoid constipation by healthy diet consisting of green leafy vegetables , high fibre diet .avoid non vegetarian food as much as possible especially red meat .
