HI. I am 42 years old. Have been having odd symptoms while working in my kitchen. Seems to happen after washing dishes and putting them up in the upper cabinets. Also occurs some when emptying the dishwasher into upper cabinets. Left arm starts tingling, numbness goes into head and makes me dizzy then goes into right arm. On a couple occations vision goes to a tunnel vision, and if i don t sit down or lay down I black out. These symptoms only occur when working in the kitchen above my head. After these episodes I feel like I have run a race and are exhausted. No palpatations felt or arrythmias. (have had them in the past.) Tilt table test negative, MRI of the brain negative. Any ideas of what to do next?
