What Do Non-cancerous Open Sores On The Shin Indicate?
I developed an open sore on my left shin that wouldn t heal. A biopsy was taken that showed in was not cancer. The small hole where the biopsy was taken began to ooze fluid that looked clear like water. It ran constantly and soaked the gauze bandages in a few minutes. I am taking a water pill for edema and wrapping my lower leg with an ace bandage. The hole is not healing. Today I noticed two more spots a few inches from the original hole that are also oozing liquid. Any idea what this is or what can be causing it?

This is a case of Osteoarthritis, which is very common in open wounds. Its a chronic infection and needs to be treated properly, otherwise it will infect the whole bone. Take tab linezolid(600) twice daily and aseptic dressing regularly
