A couple of weeks ago I got scratched by my dog on the chin. It felt like my chin was ripped open but there was no mark or bleeding. A few days later i developed a few little water filled bubbles on my chin where i had been scratched. I thought it was pimples and scratched it causing the bubbles to burst. It was then itchy for a few days. I thought it was a cold sore until i remembered my dog had scratched me. A week later i started waking up throughout the nights in a pool of sweat and then the diarrhea started. Its been a week since the sweats and the runs started and its still continuing. Could the scratch have anything to do with it or am i just getting the flu?
