Hello,

Left sided neck pain, numbness of left side of face along with dry left eye with temporary loss of sight could be vascular and neurological in origin. I suggest you to consult your physician for clinical assessment. Ringing sensation in ears could be due to disorders in inner ear. I suggest you to consult an ENT specialist also for clinical assessment of ears.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shailja Puri, Pathologist and Microbiologist
