General & Family Physician 's  Response
hello there
I understand your concern
Your echo suggests that the muscles of your heart have hypertrophied i.e increased in size because of blood pressure and on exercise bulge inside the left ventricle causing your heart to strain and causing changes on your ecg at the peak of your exercise. However those changes recover within a minute too.

A positive test means that you develop ekg changes similar to ischemia.. However in your case it signifies that you need to take better care of your heart with medicines
Hope that was useful
